  Just placed an order online. Unfortunately, I missed the option to toast the subs. When I got to the order review screen, I tried to call right away. No answer. Tried to call a second time, no answer. Third time, someone finally picked up but put me on hold right away. When she came back on, she didn't even ask me how I could be helped but instead said, "I have a line of customers and online orders to fill so it would be best if you just came in to order". I then informed her that I had already placed an order but was calling to correct it. She didn't ask for my name or anything so I asked if she would like my name so she knew which one I was calling about since she said she had so many orders to fill. She said "Nope I have your receipt". Not appreciating the condescending tone in her voice, I said thanks and hung up. I get it, you're busy. Welcome to the world of food service. However, when a customer calls and you decide to automatically assume instead of ask how they can be helped, that's where I have a problem. Regardless, if I wanted to make a phone order, then I'll make a phone order. You can ASK me if I could possibly come in to order, but I'm paying you for my business, so I am not going to be told how I am going to give you that business.
